Sample Availability and Policy
All of our models listed are available and are the same quality as the orders we ship. The samples are provided with certain charges for new customers; but we often send free model samples to large or established clients.
Guarantees/Warranties
Guarantee period is 1 year. During this period we guarantee to replace or refund for the faulty product without charge. The exception is when the damage / defect are caused by the clients themselves, whether in using or handling the merchandise we have sold them.
